I read his threads on his ongoing fight with the dreaded C but his grit and determination always shone through and it seemed that he'd not let it beat him without a fight.
No doubt he fought a brave battle to the end.
Rest in peace rod.

From what I saw on here he was a legend of a man, and I truly offer my condolences to his friends and family
