Exclamation Sussex Interclub HFT Round 10 - RESULTS

    Hi all

Apologies for the delay in posting today’s results, but allowed myself to be distracted by some guitar building, at which I appear to be better than shooting tin chickens at present.

At least today’s effort on my part, combined with the excellent fun had at Iden Fern last Bank Hol Monday, have (I think) enabled me to track down my little problem – parallax errors with the scope on my still newish MPR. I shall return to wipe the field in 2012 (or not )

Some great shooting today against the Buxted woods, especially from the Cruttenden, who was among no fewer than 4 end of season/last minute collectors of the precious Platinum. Well done one and all.

Scores presented now – in the usual format – and with the usual request to please let me know a.s.a.p should you spot any errors or omissions.

    Thanks Biggles, extremely prompt!
Thanks to all those who have the thankless task of totting up scores, signing in, publishing scores etc etc, couldn't happen without you!..

As Gary say's above, great series and a better bunch of blokes to shoot with would be hard to find!....Still bored Sausage???..

Very much a team effort, with some amazing scores both from my club and others...(keep an eye out for Iden Ferns...)

A thunderingly big well done to the Oaks on their superb win, also to Tony Archer, Pat Fitzgerald, Ryan Stennar and Eli McCullough, plus all the runnery up peeps, in fact everyone who took part and made the series such fun.

Great to see the competition hotting up too, 3 teams in the running on current form and who knows, us also rans could pull a trick or two out of the hat as well

They do say that you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but this year I have learnt the art of throwing points away through pure stupidity - and I seem to have learnt how to do it rather well Hopefully I'll manage to forget by next year

Well done again to Mike and the Oaks

    Regards

    Richard

    Well done Oaks

    Well done Oaks.

Thanks to all the guys at Buxted and others for their advice for my first PCP.

Air Arms S400 classic seems to be the recommended beginners gun.
