    Shooting glasses

    Hi

I need to get some glasses for shooting my air pistol. Can anyone recommend an optician who would understand what I would require in the Cheshunt/North London area.

    Can't help with optician, sorry.

Just going to suggest you ask the question in the target/competition section.
You're more likely to find someone who wears shooting glasses there.

Why not try safety glasses. These are what I wear when I shoot. Mine are comfortable and gives me clear vision when I shoot. Try this link:-

For 10m pistol shooting you focus on the foresight, the correct lens helps you do this.

    Hi,

The larger sized lens for pistol shooting. 42mm for the Champion frames.

Bisley have an optician here :- http://www.stewardsportsglasses.co.uk/

Or you can get the lens holders and chat to your local optician.

This guide will help them. http://www.australiancynic.com/NYGOR..._The_Eyes_Have

Spex4less will fit the lenses once you have the correct prescription.

I recommend Mike Taylor, of Bill & Taylor Optometrists in Honiton.

Excellent service in my experience, I have no connection by the way.
