Great fun, thanks Derek and the Hawkies. That blinkin' target went over and came back up I tell yer, bleedin' strings wrapped around branches to confuse the incoming onslaught of the Fordies...it was a moral 56

Really enjoyed that - and yes it is Steb, Spanish dontcha know

    Horsham Open

Hi guys, sounds like I missed a great day.Congrats to all, especially Eric, great score buddy.Good to see you keeping up the good score from Basingstoke.Nigel and I liked that course too, will try and come next time.I went down to Oakieland, because I finally got my AR20 up and running, and I needed to use their sit down plink area lol. It's a lot easier that way,it will do for now anyway, but will need to tweak it properly at some point before the Southern Hunters this year.

Thanks, think I finally have that gun figured out. We do have a couple of benches down at Horsham now. You guys should come up for the next one. There is another shoot planned at Horsham before the SHS starts. Not quite sure of the date. You and Nigel at Swallows on sunday?

A very nice days shooting at Horsham. A few changes to the course made it interesting as well. I was pretty happy with my score, as was 1st day out with my new rifle.

Well organised and run by Derek as always.

I zeroed it to 25yrds,and then shot the course using best guestimate on the rest lol,but managed a 41,so not too shabby I think, seeing as I only knew 1 aim point for certain ! The AR is looking nice, and although feels heavy, well it is compared to the S400 carbine of mine,I like it a lot.No to the Swallows for me I'm afraid, family commitments, but yes to the Buxted Open on the 16th,and the Ghost Shoot at Ford on the 30th,should be a laugh there I'd say.Roll on SHS 2011/12.... See ya soon Eric.
