Horsham Hawks Hunter series 2011/12

Through the winter Horsham Hawks HFT will be putting on a little 3 shoot series.
The format will be closer to CSFTA than UKAHFT (prob a bit of both combined), 20 targets & 40 shots/pegs.
All 3 shoots to to count toward a trophy at the end, you have to be in it to win it

Trophies for 1st - 3rd open, 1st recoiling/.22. & 1st for juniors.

Sign in from 0830, start around 0930

Price:
Non members £6
Members/juniors £4.50


We have tried not to clash with any of the larger shoots but it is very difficult to miss all the local ones.

Round two 15/01/12
Round three 19/02/12

Sorry there won't be a burger van but tea & coffee will be available for you to make FOC .

Now amended 1st post, but £6 non-members, £4.50 juniors & members

Course is all set, if you can't see it prone it means it's kneeling or standing (or coming off the peg) No signs for designated shots, you can take it however you can see it (same positional rules as UKAHFT though, so no dodgy kneeling, sitting or standing please )

Basic rules & course layout:
20 targets, 40 pegs, you shoot the target (start on an odd number please) then go onto the next, your partner follows once you have taken your two shots, strings will prob be in the middle or on the even shot. Hope that sort of makes sence ?

2 points for a knockdown, 1 for a plate & 0 for a miss. There will be stuff in the way, it's up to you to find a way through, there should be nothing closer than 8 yards though, if there is then call a marshall as it shouldn't be there (for saftey reasons), everything else should be
Targets are 20mm-40mm & will be 8 yards to around 45, there may be one or two targets that are just over, nothing really long though
Peg must be touched when taking the shot.
