I think they do (or have done) them as special order or there is a seperately available barrel (easy to change), I have certainly heard of them in the past.
I would imagine though that .25 calibre is not a good choice for a pistol.

I agree with the above!
.25 pellets far too heavy for pistol power outputs
.177 is the best calibre for HW45 IMHO
Maybe for humane dispatch on a trapped rat!
