    Pistol Lights/Lamps

    Hi guys,

Can any of you recommend a half decent (but doesn't cost the earth) pistol light?

I like the swiss arms one - that style. And prefer push button on/off.

    Standard R.I.S/Weaver mount etc...

    Thanks in advance.
Heavy is good, Heavy is reliable... If it does not work you can always hit them with it........

What pistol is the light for? Why not get a torch with a tactical grip ring on the back, this works well with the cigar type hold and a two handed pistol grip. This is the CSI style, as the pistol can still be put into a holster or the torch can be used on its own. I use a fenix TK11 with a single Li-ion battery. What ever torch you go for single cells are always better than multiples as the different charging rates of these types of batteries is some times dangerous. Good luck, hope this helps.

    Pistol Lights

Seen the light mounts for an air rifle that are one piece plastic?

The light is gripped by one section and the other clips to the scope body,

A small hacksaw, a small threaded bolt and some imagination makes them fit a weaver rail,

A quid shop LED torch will fit, if it is too small a few sticky pads solve this problem,

An LED torch plus laser can be got for a tenner and you are in business

I have a Smith and Wesson with a modified ally barrel shroud from UK.Neil which I have hand polished and takes the above modded fitting,

The only drawer back is that every time I fit it,

I shout LAPD and kick the shed door in
