Kibworth Christmas Turkey Shoot HFT - 10th December

So for the last shoot of the season we bring you the Christmas Turkey Shoot. The format will be a standard 30 target UKAHFT rules course with the same twist as last year. For those who like to gamble all shots can be taken in any position with scoring as follows.

Standing - 4 points for a kill
Kneeling - 3 points for a kill
Prone - 2 points for a kill
Plate strike in any position - 1 point

Prizes will be given for placings and there will be a draw from the score cards for some meaty prizes along with the Kibworth series presentation.

We aim to start a little earlier to allow time for the festive presentation afterwards. Booking in from 9:15 till 9:45 followed by the safety brief, with the shoot to start at 10:00.

Been a busy Bunny today, half the course is set
Have been and collected the meat/selection boxes, and baked a couple of dozen mince pies and Jam tarts to keep the hungry hoard fed.

Hi, was wondering if this shoot is an open shoot or club only?
I'm coming up from Kent to purchase an air rifle from a member and wouldn't mind a shoot too if possible
If not, no problem, will have more of a lay in
Also will there be any refreshments on site? I tend to get a bit peckish

Non members are always welcome to shoot at Kibby Bruce, you will be made very welcome, there is food and drink available and a gun shop on site.
The safety brief will take place just before 10am as kick off is scheduled for 10am.

PS: Its the Chrisrmas fun shoot so a silly hat is the order of the day!
