    The Burgos I have seen to date are "rebadged" HW35s

    This is different. Diana-esque, but different. Note the trigger. Milbro?

    I know that Milbro guns were sold in Germany under the UMA (Umarex) name.

    I think you might find its a re badged BSF MOD 35.

    I think you are spot on!

    Looking closely one can seen the "rings" at the front of the comp tube, never noticed them before now, perfectly visible here:

    "Burgo" was the trademark of the Hugo Burgmeister company, a large German distributor of the day that sold many early Weihrauchs. BSF were taken over by Weihrauch and some of the BSF influence appeared in the early HW50 models.
    Garvin is the man with the knowledge of the Burgo/Weihrauch era.

    Burgo

    HW didn't acquire BSF until late 1970's early 80's, cant be sure but i dont think Burgo was trading that late ?
