With it being a fulcrum pin I would think that it would have to be high tensile steel. UK Neil may be your best bet.

Is there anyone who could make the forward pin (the one which connects the breech block to the cocking lever) for me, or tell me an alternative pin that would fit with as little modding as possible.

Just like Webley did on the Hawk and Vulcan. ;)
I sometimes use two, one inside the other for extra strength or lockup and it's best to place the split away from the load bearing surface.
