Yes and they are making a comeback too , as long as its sub 12ft lb I'm sure all clubs would welcome you .

thanks for reply not long just bought a hw95/r9 lexus stock no open sights muzzle break still getting use to it but its proving to be a ecent enough rifle

The problems start when you beat the PCP guys . lol

If you shoot competitions you can opt for the springer class or just mix it with the big boys in the open classes , either way good luck .

theres quite a few of us that have pcp's but have bought and started using springers at anston. they're loads more fun to shoot. they punish bad technique. every point feels deserved. pcp's seem very easy to shoot after using springers for a while. springers are great.

because they are more fun to shoot. its a great feeling when i go to comps use a springer and beat people with pcp's. they're just as accurate and more reliable.

i do have pcp's, but the springer bug has bitten hard.

i would always use a pcp for hunting though as bieng recoiless does have its advantages for rested shots.
