    Rochford A G C, OPEN COMP 5TH FEB

    This sunday we are holding our monthly open comp, 30 target challenging course around our wood, well stocked plinking range and a zero lane for adjustments.

    All the usual FREE FOOD, TEA, COFFEE, HOT CHOCOLATE. CANS AVAILABLE AT 50P EACH.

    Safety brief 10-15am
    comp starts straight away.


    GUESTS ARE WELCOME TOO!

    Non-members adults £7
    juniors £4 REMEMBER, THIS INCLUDES ALL FOOD FOR THE DAY AND TEA ETC.....
    AND YOUR DAYS SHOOT.

    On the menu this week will be:-

    Chilli and spud or wrap
    or Baked beans and spud and cheese
    or whatever combination you fancy at the time!


    We also have biscuits to dunk and sausage rolls and dip (ALL FREE)

    Not forgetting cake and crisps .

    I was contemplating a verbal prognostication through the OED but then thought maybe that's going above their heads. Much better to stick to base remarks and somewhat dubious insults. That's more the level, also it will give my brain a rest. I am going to have to be on my best form on Sunday to avoid the usual pxxs taking. Mind you I give as good as I get so what the hell. Might have to partake of the juice of the hop sat.

    Looking at the forecast for sunday I think I will dig out ALL my hand warmers. Played golf Wednesday and it was freezing. So much so that there were loads of little yellow monkeys running about holding their naughty bits and screeching in a very high voice. Windy as hell as well. That brought the temperature screaming down.
