Its a Steyr Kropatschek in 8x60R. Made in 1886 for a Portuguese contract that never really got off the ground. It has a 8-9 shot tubular magazine below the barrel and a lifting spoon that flicks the next round up when the bolt is retracted-works really well. Similar in concept to a Mauser 71-84. I use a .338 cast bullet (NOE mould) that is sized down to .333 and brass is still made by Bertram (but expensive!)
