    Cool another FWB sport

    I have another FWB 127 to rebuild this week / must be at least my 30th
    Andy at our club bought it cheap
    usual problems twaaaaaaangy goes off when you push off safety catch no first stage lacking power and graunchy as frigg on cocking

    HEAVEN TO ME GUYS just started to strip it down tonight nothing at all that cant be fixed

    Thats the cylinder polished wet and dry then scotchbrite

    Interested you have done this...would it not be better to hone the cylinder with say 240's or 320' stones rather than risk dips etc in the finish?

    or have you never had an issue doing this?

    Hi, is that a standard trigger blade on the one in the first picture ?

    You would have to rub it for about a year with scotchbrite to put dips in the cylinder that would cause problems
    dont like to use stones as the finish they give is too rough for me prefer to polish

    yes standard MK2 trigger

    just put it back together AGAIN sorted out all the trigger issues then assembled it with a HW95 spring
    smooth as silk but a little bit underpowered
    so knowing whose gun it is i decided to use the original long one
    still smooth but aren't they an absolute bitch to get in there
    and power is no problem
