    Talking Hi from Wiltshire

    Hi everyone,
Just thought i would post tosay hello.
I used toshoot regularly a few years ago.
I am looking at getting back intothe sport with my son who is now 16.
Any helpin the future would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at an Air Arms TX200 or pro sport but my budget is limited..
I have about 250....which would need to incude a scope and bag..
I have done a fair bit of research and i think either would be a great rifle..
well i think thats about it for now..

Hi and welcome , the tx200 is a good rifle in whichever form you prefer and if you shop around s/h you should get the kit you want .
a gun is just a tool how its used is dependant on the person behind the trigger .
This is why constant restrictions on legal users will have no effect on the unlawfull use of guns or knives !

    hi hawkeye,
ive been doing a bit of research s/h.
its either the tx200 or a hw97k that i most def want..
either .22 or .177 im not overly bothered as ive shot both before..

Hi leigh, welcome to the forum both your guns of choice are good ,just remember .22
is genrally better in a springer , less recoil but both the tx and the Hw are great guns
    my preference is the Hw77/97 thats probaly because i own x2 mk-1 hw77,s both in .22 & .177
lots of info and help on here,
