Webley Premier?

Hi,
I have come across a Webley Premier? steel bodied, with no markings on the barrel,
and on the rear , where normally there is a slot saying "Do not Remove", there is a hexagon slot
for an allen key?
It looks totally original, could this have been a prototype? or someone from Webley doing their own thing?
Anyone shed any light on this?

Has it actually got the "Webley" name on it anywhere, or does it just look like a Premier?
