Let me check my old emails. The date was mooted at a committee meeting as the most suitable for the majority of the committee. I know a date was suggested months back (or at least I'm recalling something now you've put the thought in my head) but I thought this was the sizzler date which we have moved to the end of Sept.

Bob,if the Bunny Bash can be rearranged to the 13th May,then I'm sure I can speak for the Sussex clubs and say that would be fantastic news,as it is at the moment it clashes with our Rnd 2 of our SiHFT,there wouldn't be anyone from 'down south' to come and play at your fantastic ground !!

As long as it's OK with those able to help set up and run the course, I see no reason not to move it. The 13th is one of the few weekends I'm not committed to other things such as supervising D of E expeditions or assessing in the N Forest.

We also nee to find time to come down to one of your grounds as well, as long as we can get visa'a and the relevent innoculations
