    Bill Sanders

It is with great sadness I have to announce the death of Bill Sanders he passed away peacefully during the night. I have known Bill for many years through Air Arms and sitting at committe with him on the AMTA he will be a loss to our sport and Air-Gunning as a whole.

What a shock! my condolences to his family. When I first started using AA rifles, he was always patient and helpful over the phone. A great loss to our sport.

Bloody Hell - that is shock!

Such a great chap, genuine, always had time for a chat.

    Sad loss, lost for words

Bill was not only pivotal in the refurbishment of the G.B. Paralympic Shooting Team's facilities at Stoke Mandeville, which took 4.5 years of many of our lives to achieve, but in fact he was first to bring it to our attention. His input into the sport, across many different platforms, was of great value.

A great loss to the sport.

As Pete said, an outstanding ambassador for the sport, it's a great loss to the airgunning community.

My thoughts are with his family.

I had a few ' lengthy ' chats with Bill over the years , another person that did a lot of work behind the scenes .

My best wishes to his family
