    Sharp Innova Foresight Hood

    I think I've found one of these in some bits that were a mates. Does anyone have a picture of one and are they worth anything?

    If it's rust free then maybe a fiver?

    They are a 3/4 metal tube about 10mm diameter and about 12mm long (these dimensions are from memeory)

    The cut "ends" are bent in to form a pair of horizontal "lugs" at the bottom which slide along the foresight grooves.

    These sight hoods are pretty rare.

    Stick it on that auction site - you might be surprised what some people will pay for a small piece of bent metal

    Yes that looks like the one, mines got a small U shaped cutout on the top!

    Thanks for the replies, I'll probably sell it together with the rearsight I've got for one of these.
