Post a picture of the tins. Upload the photo to a photo-hosting site like photobucket or flickr and then copy the link from the photo into your post on here.
A rusty battered Webley tin could be worth next to nothing, but a mint one could be £40 or more.
The flobert tin might appeal to some cartridge collectors that like either packaging, rimfires, or shotshells, as it's a tin for 6mm rimfire shotcartridges loaded with No.10 shot. Again condition is important to collectors. Best place to find out a value might be the International Ammunition Association forum (I'll pm you the site), or just list it on e bay and see what happens.
