Is 3 in 1 oil the same as Weboil - as used in Webley pistols

As title what oil would do if Weboil not available? 3 in 1 perhaps ?

As Tempest is in mint condition don't want to start knocking out pins and doing a full strip etc and use moly.

Only oiling as per Webley instructions.

    Thanks.

No, they are not the same, a couple of drops of clean motor oil will do fine though and reasonbly close in terms of viscosity.

B.A.R. have Weboil (at about £2.50 I believe) on their website at the moment showing for sale if any help.

Use SAE30 oil, available from most garden machinery shops and other outlets.
    Same as 'Weboil'.
