Literally just bought this new .223 hornady die set , out of my normal area and am now home so it's not like I can return it easily/worthwhile. I've also opened the sealed booklet/Allen key bag now

Don't know how I managed it but I crushed the expanse ball from my 25-06 hornady new dimension FL sizing die, I contacted them through the website and they replaced the part, they sent it FOC even though I'd had it 18 months and it was my fault.

From the warranty card in the picture you have a lifetime guarantee. You can either contact Hornady direct with piccy and covering email or you could try the UK importer.

One of them will see you right. If you buy decent gear like Redding RCBS or Hornady their product support is there when you need it

As Foxshooter & Nightstalker said, contact Hornady direct and put your full address in the comments box - http://www.hornady.com/contact_us. I don't think you'll need to send the pic as they'll send you a new bit FOC. It'll usually take a week. You could also contact Edgars in the UK for the part although I guess all they'll do is contact Hornady bla bla bla and it'll take 2-3 weeks
