    Ft scope / kill flash?

Hi I use one of those S&B PMII and need a couple of sunshades on it to avoid white out at the hint of a bit of sun shine , would a ARD kill flash work the same as a sunshade?,as it would lighten and shorten a already heavy scope.
Anyone used a kill flash on a Ft scope.
A miss is a miss no matter how much energy the pellet is carrying.

No, but I have used it on scopes and do use it at work and unless the focal length is just right you will get a slightly blurred image as the light trys to converge and the cells get in the way.

Good for obs, not perfection for focus.

Unless you have a tactical reason to avoid the reflection being seen of the coatings showing there is a camera lens, use a sunshade.

Another way is to use an ARD with very large cells as this cust the light down and interferes less, but as I say, in my experience if you dont need to, dont use one
I'm a maggot in another life you know
