It sounds like your valve is leaking, could be something as simple as debris on the seat.
just realised that i should have posted this thread here - d'oh!...
I've got an eb20 pistol and wondered where is best to send it to get fixed?
i bought it a while ago off a fellow from BBS, but its never been right, as it leaks co2 everywhere (mainly from the barrel and breech) when i put a co2 cartridge in it
thought it might need some new seals, etc. but the unit itself seems pretty enclosed/ sealed to me and maybe co2 guns need different parts/ seals from pcp? plus might be better in the hands of someone who specialises in these little beauties!
anyway, if you guys can recommend someone or a shop, it would be much appreciated?

The valves in Sheridan/ Benjamin CO2 pistols are built in to the gas tube and tricky to work on; at a guess not economical to have fixed unless a skilled amateur can help. It's worth putting one or two drops of oil ( I use ATF - automatic transmission fluid ) on the nose of a new gas capsule and running it through ie do some shooting or repeated dry firing. As Lightning22 says it might just be dirt, gunge etc.
good luck

cheers guys - i'll give it a go and see if it resolves the problem!
