    Fwb 601

    Hi,

My club is having a clearout and looking to sell an FWB 601 (pretty sure that's what it is having Google image searched). It appears to be in good condition with perhaps some pitting (I'm assuming that's what it is - the barrel is starting to feel rough in areas as opposed to nice 'n' smooth) starting to appear on the barrel but obviously no rust.

Shoots well and more accurate than most of the shooters in our club.

What is it worth? and would there be any interest out there?

    Cheers

Cant say for sure about the price, £250 + ish depending on condition (lots of photos please), best do a search on here. But you wont have a problem selling it.
If it's still around in about a month I would buy it myself.

£250 is miles to cheap(dependent on condition)these can easily change hands for £350-£400.I just sold an absolute minter to a club mate for £325 but I could have sold it 10 times over for more.

FWB 603, the last of this version and probably the best, sold on stirton.com for £375.
As I said in the previous post, do a search for prices, show us lots of pics and you wont have a problem selling it.

Thanks for all of the replies.

The rifle has been offered to club members in the first instance. They have up to 26th June to put a sealed bid in. If it does not sell internally then it will be put on here - with lots of pictures.

    Cheers
