    A Fellow Austringer!!

    Hello mate

Greetings and felicitations from an old newbie.

Just put me monster (Czara) a female Harris up to moult for the year (she got bit by a roland on her striking foot just before christmas and it lingered a bit, she started losing rabbits so I thought best put her up). Its only our second season.

Hey, dont shoot too many wabbits, you'l have nowt left for next season!!

Dont exoect a Gos to take a pidgeon on the wing, they are smash and grab merchants, although a snoozing or dosy pidgeon is certainly fair game for a gossie, they are ****** quick.

People underestimate the speed and stamina of the woodie, not an easy quarrie for any bird, inclusing falcons. They can do it, but they need tactics and cunning rather than just balls out speed.
