    Unhappy bad COCKIng technique

a few days ago i put about 50 pellets through my fenman .20 (cheers nick) and my left arm felt a wee bit sore. Tonight i just put about 20 pellets through and my arm is in agony , my left bicept feels like it's been hit with a sledge hammer, any tips on how to avoid this or should i get down to the local gym, or have PCP's just made me plain soft

When was the last time you checked the power on your Fenman?? Mine has always been easy to cock but a few weeks back I tried someone elses at the club and damn near broke my arm. We then found out it was ermm, slightly over-powered. Maybe yours is too?? It's worth checking at any rate.

Agree with above, my new Fenman's not hard to cock, get it checked out.
It might be needing a new seal and less pressure in the ram.

But an old series landrover. Steering that will strengthen your arms so you cock a rifle easily.

I think we all suffer from a less than perfect cocking technique from time to time.
