I'm sure I read on here that Marksman pellets had undergone a redesign. Well I just bought new style tins of both .177 and .22 and can only see a difference in the design of the tin. The pellets inside seem to be unchanged. Am I missing summat?
One thing I have noticed is that a lot of the pellets in the tin (and a 500 box I recently bought) have small ammounts of white oxidisation on them. When I used to buy them as a kid they were always much cleaner, and were seen as the top end of the cheapies.
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.

Any chance you could post a pic of one of these new pellets. To be honest, I never had any issues with the "old" ones. You'd always seem to get a couple of mal-formed (usually double ended) pellets in a tin of 500, but generally they seemed to be a fairly decent, cheap pellet.Originally Posted by flatrajectory
