    A 'Smooth' Hello

    Good evening all

A big hello from me - very much looking forward to chatting with you all.

Just back from a lovely weekend at the Hatfield Country Show - at which I somewhat reinvigorated my lust of air-rifle shooting (Iron sights ) . I grew up in the Countryside (Grandfather=Gamekeeper, Dad=Keen Country Sportsman) but since Uni (6 years ago!) I have spent far too much time in an office, (although I do get a few days out during the pheasant season) and am keen to get back into my shooting roots.

One thing I did discover (although had started to suspect!) this weekend is that my left eye dominance now means that although right handed, I shoot more comfortably on my left shoulder. I would be very keen to hear if anyone has experience with learning to shoot on the right and switching eventually to the left? I can shoot from both, and now I am going to get back into shooting want to retrain the muscles to shoot naturally from my left.

Anyways thats enough of a waffle. Thank you to anyone who pops in to say hello, and thank you also to advice from Lefties!

    Matt
