    BFTA Inters and Champs

Just a quick "well done" to Terry Ord on winning the Champs. And another "well done" to the lads from NEFTA for winning the Inter-regionals (though how they managed it without me there to cheer them on I don't know! ).

Results are on the BFTA website in the "National Competitions" section.

    Cheers,

    Paul.

What a great weekend - both me and the son enjoyed both days.
I met a few great guys from the bbs and had what I can only describe as the hardest shoot of my life on Saturday. Then I turned up on Sunday and had an even harder shoot. The conditions had to be shot in to appreciate how hard it was.

A big thank you to all involved with setting up and taking in the courses and the running of it.

    Dave.

Agree totally with Dave - you really had to be there to appreciate how difficult the conditions were. I have never had to work so hard and yet shoot so badly! My first time at Newbury and great atmosphere throughout the whole weekend. Thanks to Terry Ord for partnering me for the BFTA champs, an excellent shoot and a fine bloke to boot.
Dave and Trev set out a cracking course and not a ladder in sight!
    Big thanks to all involved.

Paul - just sent it to your home email. I may have sent the other one to your work account anyway.

Got it Dave - you'd sent it here to the office. Basically, you'll have to talk to DWB about it

To all involved, it was a brilliant event, well run and organised.

Thanks to you Richard, again, for swapping me places in the team event on Sunday - really was appreciated, sorry to hear the wind got worse.

Thanks Paul for getting the results up so quickly as well.

Also thanks to the companies and BFTA for supplying the bags for every shooter - anyone pick one up for me as the NEFTA ones weren't handed out by the time I left.

    regards,

    Matt
