    R7 Help

    Hello Gents

I've purchased a new spring kit from Jim Maccari. Looks like a nice set up. I have a question on removing the spring on my new R7. I can't see how the rear portion separates. I've seen older springers that had screw caps but the rear end on this looks as if it were one piece. Are my eyes getting that bad or is there some trick? It looks like maybe removing the trigger might access the internals.

Sorry for the dumb question. I have alot of tuning and trigger experience with rimfires but this is my first airgun.

I appreciate in advance any help you may offer

    Regards

    Marcelo

    End Cap

The two trigger pins and a small screw hold it on. The safety will fall out when you remove the trigger pins, so be ready.
If the pins were removed The spring and endcap will come shooting out when the screw is removed.
    Needs some serious restraint.
