have see the taurus but the armscor was less than half price the only problem i have had is that if you put the cylinder in a sonic cleaner the finish will come off

You need a variation for a ".357 Muzzle Loading Revolver".
The standard barrel Armscor will produce 2 1/2" group at 25m, The Match barrel version about 1". I have not tried it at longer ranges though I do not see why they should not shoot at 50m quite well.

i have shot the taurus 357 good fun but do they have probs with there barrell jamming up ???

Iv got a Taurus .357" and its brilliant. Never had any sort of problem with it at all. Not ammo fussy and shoots far better than me, hence my Hendon League results this year. OOPS. Fancy the muzzle loader like mad, if only because its a short barrel .38 and iv got an ex Police holster for one.

Its a .357 muzzle loading revolver there is no such size as a .38 this is a common mistake people make, the round your thinking off is a 38 special not a "point 38" these also measures .357 The bullets are the same for both rounds (.357) as is the case diameter its only the case length thats different, 38 special cases are shorter. So if you buy a 38 special revolver it will only fire 38s because the cylinder is the same length as a 38 round, but if you buy a .357 Magnum revolver it will shoot 38 rounds and .357 Magnum rounds because the cylinder is longer to to take the .357 Magnum round. This also works as a safety feature becase if you accidentaly put a .357 Magnum in a 38 revolver you can't close the cylinder as the round is slightly too long.
