    Breaking a VGC Tempest.

Nearly two weeks on and not a sniff on the boxed Tempest I have listed in the sales section for £125 posted, so if it now reaches page three of the sales section without selling, as I need the £££ for my boy, and as I know from experience that the bits sold separately will achieve above the £125 I am after (already been offered £25 plus post for the box alone), I will be breaking it for spares, so if there are any components you are after, please post below so when/if the time comes, you can have first refusal.

    I had the same idea...

    Snoozed and loozed...

Could I have a photo - f.o.c. - as you smash it up? It doesn't surprise me that the first thing to go is the box.

    Good luck with the sale.

This reads suspiciously like a ransom note to me.......

I'll have the plastic front sections, whatever they're called, the bits with Webley Tempest written on them.

PM sent - there's a potential buyer that can't see sales.

    DON'T break it yet!!!!!

Bob - it should be a single piece, not the two halves you obviously have

Thanks again for the heads-up, Neil, as BBS new member peterfs has just bought my Webley Tempest (and once again, many MANY apologies to our very own I. J., but I'm sure you'll get over it.

A much better outcome for an old Brummie classic; I didn't like being a circling vulture anyway...
