    settinging up 10M rifle stock

    Having bought a Hammerli AR20 I am now trying to set it up to suit me. The problem is I don't know what to look for when adjusting the stock length , height and sight position. Can anybody help me with this

    Stock Length is the easy one, put your hand on the pistol grip and adjust the butt length until it sits in the crook of you elbow. If you do this, your wrist should be just about straight when you are in the shooting position. The other adjustments are somewhat more difficult as they depend on a number of factors and are not easy to accomplish on your own. Ask your club instructor or coach to help you.
