Redhill Revolvers Sat 6th Oct Results

What a fantastic day for shooting with the sun out in full glory and a record number of shooters visiting Redhill. the Riley cup had 33 participants and Yusuf was kept busy on the speed shoot.The results are quite long so I will thank all the helpers now for setting up and helping keep things flowing.CHEERS GUYs and GALS,not forgetting all you pistoleers for your suppoert again.
For the record all our shoots will now be outdoors as we have out grown the 'A' frame and Denz has offered to bring his catering excellence to all the shoots where he can.

RILEY CLASSIC CUP 2012
Each shooter shot 5 shots at 5 knock downs and 5 at a paper target using a Webley Junior .177 (1950's smooth bore) from 6m and the same again with a Webley Tempest .22 (1970's) at 10m. scores were out of 150.I have never heard so many moans from shooters about the Tempest, to make a change it was good to hear,as it is usually me doing the moaning.Despite that everyone enjoyed trying the older pistols and ended up smiling ( may have been a grimace or two).There was one suggestion that it should be renamed' Riley Classic Relics', all in good humour.
