Bad News re Theoben!

Ensors of Cambridge are now looking after the theoben interests , the liquidators are having talks with the landlord of the theoben factory , some sort of problem or issue, apparently ,talking to Ensors this morning, there is not a large amount of gun parts , the big machines will go for sale etc also
Ensors do mention that everything will be sold off at some point

I thought the new Impact airgun set up had taken it all over.

Impact only rent some of the same building as theoben, impact are not allowed to touch or use theobens machines etc.

Theres hardly any machiens there to use lol all the parts came from usa for last few years so thats not going to change much theoben is now owned by martin rutterford in the usa ie theoben usa - rapid air weapons .impact air guns is nothing to do with theoben just using the rapid design good luck to them i say u can still buy mfrs ect from RAW through tawns air guns very much like a mfr off the rapid forum qf carbon shroud ect with input from like minded people on the theoben forum can see impact airguns been a massive success plenty members are already intrested in new guns never mind new customers with darren been in control with NEW staff and qc been at top of the agenda why wont it be a success i no id rather buy from a british company than a over seas one

Sub 12fpe the Hw 100 are apparently excellent, at fac levels there are many problems ( look on hw owners)

Only one problem actually - the barrel on the .22 FAC has the wrong twist rate, swap the barrel - fixed.

RE: Theoben - It was happening for a long time, slow downward spiral. They never brought out anything new or updated their products. e.g the block was updated and improved by US enthusiasts - but not theoben.
