    Smile HW 77K Age

Hi all, as you can see from my posts, I am new here and this is actually my first Thread, so here goes.

I have recently purchased a HW77 from this forum. (with which I have to say, I am well pleased)

I get the impression the gun is an early version, serial No. 1023310

Could any one help me put an accurate date on its manufacture, I have looked on another forum and an individual there had posted an email address for Hans Weihrauch but not being a member of that particular forum could not view the email address.

    Thanking you in advance.

    Best regards Stretchabusa

Fascinating information Lumberjack, that would put mine approx 85 to 86, dependant on Manufacture/delivery. The one I have recently bought has the bear trap (assuming it was not a retro fit or custom accessory)
It has a ball bearing catch, but has been customised by Venom and has their silencer and cocking arm mounting location, (ball bearing) so I don't know how close this is to the HW standard factory issue
FYI Its marked W.Germany, also I will definately post any info I recieve from Weihrauch.

Thanks again for the help and valuable information.

Thanks for the info. - have added it to the list above.
(cracking guns - everybody should own one )

It might be useful if someone on here did a similar list for the HW80's
