    IZH 46M Match Pistol

    I bought an IZH 46M in August 2011. It has now fired 8000 pellets and needed only a couple of drops of oil every tin of pellets.
    How many rounds have other members put through their Izzys and what has the medium to long term reliability been like?

    No problems with my 1999-vintage '46 that I bought, new, from York Guns in early 2006 which has been regularly used since - although I've no idea on the pellets through it: at times, a forthightly visit to the club would be a few shots to clear it and then 20 shots on competition cards.

    Bisley Gun Lubricant, with some moly grease as well on the pump pivots, seems to have done me well on the seals, pump and trigger mechanisms.
