Will the standard 1911 grips also fit the HW75?

Here's my HW45 fitted with Pachmayer grips, rosewood with wrap around rubber finger grooves.

I can't remember exactly how much they cost as it was several years ago, but they are there on the bay.com in the states and from about $30. I just picked the cheapest and asked for a price to post to the UK.

The grips on the 75, Black and Silver Star may look nice, but they definitely restrict the way the gun can be held.

The flared base makes them more suitable to one handed shooting.
