    HW45 Silver Star Grips

    I know the std Colt grips fit the std HW45 but will they also fit the Silver star models ok?

    No they wont fit Im afraid

    The Silver/Black stars have a different frame to the standard HW45 and the Colt grips are not compatable

    Thank you IH, that took about 2 mins from me posting the question to your reply.lol. Cant get much faster than that. Thank you, oh well I suppose it saved me spending on custom .45 grips lol

    No problem Alan. One of the nice things about the standard model is the wide variety of 'real steel' grips that you can fit including wrap around Hogues etc!

    Mind you I think that the grip as fitted as standard to the Stars/HW75 is very nice indeed
