See if you can get a Weihrauch one (3-9 x 40). Very nice looking scope and clear and made by Tasco.

Damn, beat me to it, these young upstarts who were still filling nappies at that time like MaTThew was, need to be put straight on such important stuff as this. Can't believe the young scamp even needed to ask that it was a Super Moonlighter he'd acquired in the first place AND NOW THIS . I think I.J should administer a severe beating to get some sense in to the young southern pufter .

I absolutely and totally agree with this ^^^^.

And I appologise for my part in this disgrace. I am old enough to have known better about the Tasco AG series. And I will be smashing myself in the head with an arbitrary 3-9x40mm scope as self-punisment in due course

Sorry that I seem to have missed all this chastisement

I have punished myself in pennance by trying for the last 16 hours to shoot a 50 yard spinner using a 1960 BSA 4 x 20 scope on a 1960 .22 Meteor

I hope this is punishment enough...?

Actually I was thinking more in terms of you giving me your Khamsin and newly aquired Super Moonlighter as punishment MaTThew, its the only real way to hurt you southern pufter types , a wallop in the wallet .
