    Gamo compact pellets?

Hi I have recently picked up a Gamo Compact, the first pistol I had fired for about 20 years. Out in my garden with a bit of breeze I getting 3/4'' groups on a target hanging off the washing line at about 10m, not great but the pellets were a mix of odds and sods from my neighbour that he found about 30 years ago. Any way I have since then worked the trigger to make it nice and crisp and a lot lighter too, grouping about 1/2'' with JSB diablo.

I know flat heads are the accepted type for 10m target shooting but what would people recomend for the Compact, I know I will have to try a few to get THE one but am hoping to avoide trying every single flat head out there and narrow the field a bit.

And once I have cleared out the garage I will have somewhere indoors to shoot

    Cheers

    Chris

As recommended by another on different thread, Gecko's or Hobby's until getting really tight groups, then R10's. Until then save your money.

Spent 1/2 hr yesterday in the garden with hobby, gamo match and geco's. I found that the hobby pellets were slightly better but a very tight fit in to the barrel, occasionaly the pellet would not fire but once pushed in a little further were fine, I think that the breech end of the barrel needs reaming just a tadto allow the pellet to seat propperly
