I'll be up for the hammerli cup shoot any excuse to shoot a hammerli & it would be nice to catch up with you lot over the big hill. See you soon.
It would be good to see you take part John

We always keep some sleeves of Meisterkugeln 4.5 in stock as they work well with most of the classic air pistols most of the time so they make a good standby as well as a good first choice for many of the classics that we shoot. I am guessing you used them to score your winning 181 ?

The Hammerli trophy has now arrived. It looks like a sort of bronze stamping fixed onto a wooden base with enough space to add an engraved plate to make it look really impressive.

I need to get an engraved plate made to fit it from a trophy maker (?) and then we can shoot for it on a regular basis - as you say - any excuse to shoot a Hammerli !

Now we need to decide how often to shoot for it - every 3 months - or once a month? (back to the any excuse thing again).

As long as you have room on the range I'll give it a go
I'll pick some pellets up while I'm there, no rush I've got a couple of tins left.
    See you soon.

We will always make some room on the range for you - but you may need to exercise some dietary self control by going on a Stiggy diet and stop eating Lions ( and other fresh kill) as our new overhead auto-changer system is being constructed and we will be extending from four to six lanes on our 10 meter range.

We have measured everything out and marked the spacings on the floor and had some of our larger club members including John (and IJ) stood between the marks and we all fit comfortably between them OK with space to spare - but we do not have any extra floor space to make an XXL lane width extension for you - so you may need to keep an eye on the waistline

Two tins of Meisterkugeln should last you a couple of days with your normal shooting - hope to see you soon!

    Unbelievable!!!

After 5 rounds of 6 cards each with 5 shots (thats 150 shots for those not within reach of a calculator ) FAT STIG (John Ward) and I are both tied on exactly 1309 points going into the final round (the first week in December)
The easy winner is someone I forget (like I do with my road tax).

Now, what have I done with Johns FWB C20 cylinder?

    Heres to the final round.
