    Smile OLDIE but a newbie here

    Just wanted to say hello, From Arkansas USA. Just joined and am interested in Bell Target, and paper target shooting.
    Wanting try to get the Veterans of Foreign Wars set up teaching gun safety, to kids and start a gun club for competitions. Here in North West Arkansas.
