    Think i may have found a gun type of thing with wierd split pin type sights

    Just need to try and get the day off from the kids now

    Dug the Webley Hawk out the loft, stripped, fettled, lubed, '77 sights fitted
    and a hand full Delrin goodies dropped in side.
    Spits them out at 8lb and looks like a turd.

    Probably not. I can see a second competition on the day of "guess the age of the gun" ...

    Update

    In response to popular request the comp is now open to PCP with open sights and pistols (open sights)

    As we are now expecting more folk to attend we will open the course at 12 noon and run till 4pm allowing a rolling start - safety brief when you sign in and pick up score cards.

    The plinking range will be open from 10am (latest)

    Hope the weather will be kind to us!

    To help plan the day can you drop your name down on the list below so we can get an idea of numbers?
    Need to finalise if we do do two sessions starting at 12 and 2pm to cater for numbers or folk who wish to go round twice with different rifles / pistols.

    Just a suggestion - we were trying out some of the open sight rifles yesterday and found a pair of binoculars really handy (to be used by shooting partner) as it does allow an indication of where the pellet is going. you might want to dig out a pair if you are comming along on Saturday!
