    Rear diopter sight

I wish to fit a diopter sight to a slavia 631 however a std 11mm will not fit, rail width appears to be 14mm? i don't wish to spend a lot of money as its a cheap rifle, has anyone got any suggestions for a rear diopter or even peep sight that will fit. I was hoping to use it for bell target,

    A few on the bay:-

which says 11-13mm rails, though they look like you can pack them out with washers to get a bit wider.

    Kind regards,

Word of caution dont touch the smk ones they sit to high for shooting at 6yds.
The Air Airms CZ made ones are fine.

But even the odd FWB 300s & P70 won't sight in at 6yds. Also will depend on the height of the forsight too!

All the above can be off-set if problems occur provided you can fit raiser blocks which would have to be custom made.

Never found a problem with P70's or 300s.
Many rifles have fixed height front sights as my 300s does.
The SMK is simply made to sit to high. Plus the AlU metal brakes up after a while.
