I think I found a link to a downloadable copy of the rules at the foot (scroll down) of THIS page.

Hope I'm right; else in for a sound spanking from BARBA

Without publishing the whole book verbatim, the relevant bits are as follows:-
    • Hunter Class Scope mag max = 12X and adjustment taped up if capable of more.
    • The stock must be a factory 'Sporter' or after-market equivalents judged to meet the original specification. Therefore it should have an open or thumbhole sporter rake grip and intended primarily to be fired from the shoulder. The stock should be be non-adjustable. Where adjustable combs etc. are fitted they should be locked in the closed position and hamsters and other accessories removed. The forestock profile should be convex, ie. if a 22mm is balanced on the upturned stock, there should be a clear and equal gap below both edges of the disk. Rifles equivalent to the specs of an S400 would meet these parameters.
    • Stocks with Flat fore-ends, vertical pistol grips, clearly intended for the purposes of target and precision shooting are suitable only for the Open Class. Rifles equivalent to the specs of an MPR are limited to the open class.
    • Hunter Class actions may be either spring derivatives, only precharged air, or Co2 and all less than 12ft/lb power.
    • Muzzle brakes, MFC's and moderators are permitted for use, wheras bloop tubes, harmonic tuners, barrel weights and items deemed to meet thesc specs are not.
    • Multi-shot magazines are permitted.
    • Rests may comprise sand-bags, WRABF pedestals and rigid or locked bi-pods, provided all support the rifle safely on the bench.
    • Triggers may be mechanical or electronic.
    • Data screens must be taped over and no programming adjustments may be made during a match detail.
The above though not exhaustable, would clearly apply to your average bunny basher or traditional HFT type outfit and the biggest clue is in the name.
Everything else is almost without limit and goes in the Open Class.

For further clarification on any aspect, drop me a PM.
I expect Mr Moany will be on my case if I've left anything out, but how anal do we have to get? It is a bit of fun after all ...... isn't it?

    Please Note.

ACCESS TO CLUB PREMISES: Access to the club premises, from the south end of Rock Lane, has been denied by road works. They will be there for a further three weeks and whereas, during this last week, it was just about possible to gain access, this will now no longer be the case. Access can be obtained from the north, via Westfield, but it is a rather torturous route and it is, therefore, worth consulting a map or, postcode for SatNav TN35 4NY

    Snow

Unless the weather declines rapidly over-night, the match is still on.
    Watch this space.
I shall try and text all competiitors to the contrary.
