Smile Dive Bottle Service & Testing Bedfordshire

Hi Guys, if anyone in the Bedfordshire area is requiring an Airgun Dive Bottle tested contact Dave here http://www.scubadiveshops.co.uk/home

    Scuba Republic
    Roxton Garden Centre
    Bedford Road
    Roxton
    Bedfordshire
    MK44 3DY

He's usually there on Wednesdays and Saturdays but ring him first to check. He's a lot cheaper than the usual places for Dive Bottle testing but does not do Dive Bottle refills. Obviously your newly tested bottle comes fully charged. I saved £35.

If you are from the Luton Area requiring a refill check out the following. Again give them a ring first, but they don't test Dive Bottles.

A dive shop that has "gone under"?

There was one to the west of Hull that went out of business and still maintained a website - caused me a wasted journey.

Well, it's that time for me shortly, doesn't 5 years go quick.

However, scuba republic are no longer, so where do I get a test done near me at a reasonable price, or shall I just sell my 7 Ltr bottle as I have a 12 sitting here with full test.

For testing I use Parwin Scuba at Manor Farm, Glatton, Huntingdon PE28 5RR.
Closed Mon and Tues. Open Wed, Thurs, Fr, Sat 08.00 - 16.00; Sun 08.00 - 12.00 Do not do 'while you wait' as the owner lets bottles cool down while filling.
    They have a web site.
For fills only I use The Country Store, Pampisford, near Sawston, Cambridge. Can do a 'while you wait' fill.
    Cheers, Phil

Thanks for the info, bitof a trek from me so will try the mk one first.
For fills I use sporting targets, £6 for a 12 ltr bottle so not too bad, am used to paying a fiver on my 7 ltr one.

I do keep toying with the idea of my own compressor though.
