    Thanks for that - excellent idea. Had no idea that company existed.
    Any thoughts on best way of accurately cutting foam?

    Pick'nPluck foam from http://www.efoam.co.uk/pickpluck.html

    Only trouble is you've got to buy a lot of it. I use it in my camera cases.

    reconfiguring foam inserts

    Hi you can get an electric foam cutter that does a fantastic job very cheaply off the bay of e .

    I use a bread knife for mine, anything with a serrated edge.
    The toxicity of lead varies, depending upon the weight of its doseage and its velocity!

    Cheap plastic knifes from pound shop with the retractable blades that extend enough to cut all the way through the foam

    Evil Bay item 221171545196 sell four for a pound in my local pound shop

    I bought a sheet of packing foam (the hlb stuff) and found that works really well for making your own inserts. Have heard that kaizen foam cuts well also.
