on my fac i got black powder 44 pistol ,36 revolver question revolver/pistol are the classed as the same thing ?

i thought they might ment single shot (pistol)and revlover 5/6 shot

It depends
Some revolvers are a sub-category of "Pistol" (e.g. Rogers and Spence), but some are not (e.g. a revolving Rifle or a revolving shotgun)
Some Pistols are Revolvers, but there are Pistosl which are not revlovers (e.g. single shot, multi-barrel, semi-automatic, harmonica [I think Westlake used to make a one]).
I believe that some Licensing Authorities interpret them to be different, some do not.
What had you in mind when you asked for them to be added to your FAC?
If the categories you have do not suit what you now want to acquire, there is free 1 for 1 variation.
Suggerst discuss with your FEO in reference to a specific gun you want......
